
An anaerobic natural ‘48 hour’ lot from Eliyas Dukamo & Atiklit Dejene’s ‘Elto Coffee’, a producing site in Sidama, Ethiopia. Cherries for this lot were selected from around 2450masl - a staggeringly high altitude crop from the birthplace of coffee. Elto are really making some mind-blowing coffees - as you might have tasted from their lot ‘Mofa’ earlier this year - certainly an exciting crop of producers to keep your eyes peeled for in the coming seasons! We tasted a super clean and fruity profile of passionfruit, peach, pineapple and lemongrass tea!
Datura was founded by Loïc Peneau, and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 8.9.2025.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
