Pretty cool to have some Oma back. We just snuck in for the last roast of this coffee (always the best roast!), a natural Gesha from none other than Gesha Village in West Omo, Ethiopia. Pretty much everything about GV is unique - their coffees over the past season have had a remarkable clarity, something so beautiful and distinct to achieve. This slow dried natural has been processed between 18 and 30 days, the cherries have grown carefully at high altitudes and the flavour is textural, syrupy and nuanced: we taste jellybeans, violet, blueberry, spiced mango and clementine!

This coffee is 100g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
