A natural lot from the Demissie Edema’s ‘Buku Abel Washing Station’ in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. Coming in at a decent 2050 - 2300masl, we found this cup to be full of the ripe and fruity goodness we love to see from the Guji region! We found a juicy profile of strawberry and rum whilst hot, (more than adequately boozy and mouthwatering, that is!) and when this coffee cooled… oh my days… We found a tropical sweetness reminding us of mango - silky and complex golden fruits and a gentle floral aftertaste to wrap it all up.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 16.10.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
