A washed Laurina variety from Gustavo Trochez’ ‘Finca El Curcero’ in Pescador, Cauca, Colombia. Laurina is a variety we have seldom shared, due to its rarity, if for no other reason! This is a naturally low caffeine variety which is super cool, so you’re looking at about 30-50% less caffeine per cup. Anyhoo, very interesting profile here, leading with a jammy rose situation, a bit chocolatey, rounding off with a bit of that lychee pineapple funk. Yew!

This coffee is 150g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container. Please use cooler water, around 90-93ºC.
