Hi there, I see you’re interested in this coffee. Excellent news, because this one is absolutely divine. Whole cherry fermentation drives lot 1059 here, espousing a very cool and very lush expression of Gesha. Here we find an ultra transparent sensation of confectionary, berries, and mango, cooling over to blueberries and gummy candy. Big ripe gesh for you freeeakzzzz!

This coffee is 100g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container. Please use cooler water, around 90-93ºC.
