A natural lot from the Bensa community in Sidama, Ethiopia. Daye Bensa are some of the most well renowned producers of Ethiopian coffees, who have collaborated with the community to process their lots - ensuring proper infrastructure and picking practices are in place. We tasted a sweet, fruity and rich expression here, reminding us of raspberry, fresh dates and caramel!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
