La Lia :) A red honey processed ‘Ethiopia 47’ variety from Luis Alberto & Oscar Monge Urena’s ‘La Lia’ in Tarrazu, Costa Rica. This is a very exciting variety, as from this drop we can all see that we love sharing Ethiopian varieties from other parts of the world. Once again, (idk how many of these you’ve read) this coffee felt distinctly Ethiopian… leading with lavender, strawberry and jammy fruits, this coffee was juicy, ripe and lush as it cooled resolving to lychee, mango and lemonade.
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 27.5.26
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
