A washed Gesha from Maria Nila Heredia’s ‘Los Cedros’ in the El Paraiso village in Huabal, Cajamarca, Peru. Jimmy and Aga were insistent we pick up this coffee, saying it was too good value to pass up! Coffees are washed in the classic Peru way, fermented in ceramic tubs before being dried in Heredia's new parabolic dryers, which extend the shelf life and stability of these coffees! We found a very juicy profile here, hitting us with peach, apple and honeycomb! Can confirm, excellent value.
