A natural processed selection from Mulugeta Muntasha in Sidama, Ethiopia. Muntasha is quite a local figure, responsible for many coffees placing in the Cup of Excellence competition! This is thanks to his personal Washing Station that takes care of many local farmers crops - including Legesse Botosa Dikale’s lot which we are also featuring! This is among the most amount of natty Eths we’ve ever had… but they’re all so dialled into our personal tastes so we happy. I thought this was a really delightfully complex coffee: whilst hot we found a bright matcha and green mango vibe, and on the cool pass we found a super duper clean expression of pineapple, passionfruit and the colour “blue”.
Coffee Collective was founded by 2006 World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen as well as Peter Dupont and Casper Engel Rasmussen and they roast in Copenhagen, Denmark. This coffee was roasted on 13.10.25.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
