A 50/50 blend of Eduardo Loazia's washed Castillo + Chiroso alongside a washed G1 selection from the Uraga Washing Station in Guji, Ethiopia. We always rotate our most seasonal selections for this blend, as we think these dense and fruity coffees just make the nicest combination. Always malty, we taste caramel, hazelnut, cooked fruits and chocolate. Best with milk.

Changer was founded by James Perry and they roast in Canberra, Australia. We don't recommend this coffee to be brewed until two weeks post roast. 

This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
