LTM is back. Los Tres Mosqueteros of course, the three Musketeers, is the pseudo-nom-de-coffee of Felipe Henao Triana, who grows coffee in Urrao, Antioquia, Colombia. This Antioquian coffee follows what we tend to refer to as a ‘fed-batch’ fermentation, meaning fresh cherries are added to larger fermentation tanks to slowly give new fermentation fuel and gradually affect the flavour over multiple days, before being washed and depulped and finished as per usual. We tasted a pretty wild and unique complexity here: oolong tea, lemon-lime, marmalade, white flowers and chocolate... very complex and very cool!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 11.2.2026.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
