Portillo is a lot named after the variety ‘Portillo’ from Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle - one of the most esteemed coffee producers in El Salvador. This is a coffee with real punch, and if you’re a funky coffee lover you are on the right page at the right time reading the right description. We found a voluptuous cup that reminded us of cherry and just big funky fermenty fruits!
Friedhats was founded by four-time Dutch Barista Champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick, and they roast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 11.4.2024.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
