
A staple of Dak’s rotation, this is a washed lot coming from the Chelbessa Washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. This is a very classic ‘Yirg’, plenty of florals to go alongside a tropical golden and citrussy vibe here! First pass we tasted lemon lime, floral, ginger beer,second pass we found a rich golden profile: rockmelon, tropical fruits, jasmine and apricot! Yum

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
