Santa Rosa’s coffees are always on our release radar (ew for borrowing Spotify inadvertently but whatevz), and this year we are so happy to he sharing their SL28. Macho & Kevin Naranjo run Finca Santa Rosa in Santa Rosa de León Cortés, Tarrazu, Costa Rica and we’re often drawn to their coffees for their marzipan-esque texture and high clarity. This SL28 was extremely floral and complex, boasting rose and honey on the nose, shifting toward a mango sweetness reminding us a bit of mead as well.
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 21.5.26
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
