An anaerobic natural Catuai 143 from Jose Claudio’s Sítio Tia Dodó in the São Sebastião do Anta region of Brazil! Grown at an unbelievably low 750masl, this coffee packs a punch that you just don’t normally see at such a low altitude. Last year this was not only one of our favourite Brazilian coffees, but one of our favourite coffees overall! This year lot's tasting super rich and juicy, reminding us of sherbet, berries and chocolate!
Manhattan was founded by decorated baristas Esther Maasdam and Ben Morrow, and they roast in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 18.3.24.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
