An anaerobic natural processed Pink Bourbon from Cata Exports new estate in Huila, Colombia. Cata Export have been highly acclaimed (by people who give out certificates, as well as us, the team at BEDST) for the last few years and continue to source and procure extremely unique and wild coffees! This lot has undergone a multi-stage fermentation involving sealed, unsealed and in cherry fermentation, leading to a dessertlike profile reminiscent of plum & berry compote, tropical fruits and banana whilst hot, cooling toward a nice peach, banoffee pie and thick nectar-like richness.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 8.1.2026.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
