A honey processed selection from the Chelbesa Danche Washing Station in Chelbesa, Gedeb, Gedeo, Ethiopia. Danche obviously hasn't missed in three seasons, but this honey lot is the 'best of both worlds' showcasing the floral complexity and the stonefruit-heavy sweetness of Ethiopian coffee in a whole new light. We are reminded of floral and peach in a refined and crystalline expression whilst hot, and the coffee shifts toward blackberries, orange, kiwi and even more complex florals as it cools!
