A washed selection of classic Ethiopian coffee varieties from the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, Gedeo, Ethiopia. High altitude selections here lead to a fully complex expression of Ethiopian terroir here, paired with the marvellous roasting from our new pals in Boulder, we’ve got a winner: deep and complex, this lot begins with an expressive and dynamic profile reminding us of cranberry and blueberries, with a floral and pineappley finish whilst hot. Cool, it opened up to a well defined blueberry sweetness with a clean, lightly saline structure followed by nectarine and elegant florals.
