Okayyyyyy our number ones are BACK. Danche is here in all its straightforward natty glory. Hailing from amongst the highest altitude trees in the country, Danche’s coffees (from Chelbesa, Gedeb, Gedeo Zone) ripen slowly and are just… divine. This time around we found a very tealike, juicy and clean expression that reminded us of fruit punch, candy, plum and raspberry, but tasting notes only take this coffee so far, it’s the clarity and sweetness that tells the full story.
Friedhats was founded by four-time Dutch Barista Champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick, and they roast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 20.8.26.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
