On the cupping table we found a soft and elegant coffee, floral and unique, feeling closest to elderflower, yellow fruits and peach - very summertime and blood orange juicy vibes at the back. And this morning the coffee was singing on batch - balance and vibrance, and Tims tasting notes of 'floral habanero' singing true to a clean and refreshing cup.
