We bought this coffee once before from TW and Elias Roa - the man behind Finca Tamana in El Pital, Huila, Colombia. This is a super dynamic expressive coffee here, greater than the sum of its parts of that round sweet Bourbon and the floral and exciting Pink B. We tasted a ferocious profile of orange and citrus, perfectly resolved and clean off the palate, and as it cooled it opened up toward elderflower, strawberry jam and sugarcane in a clean and exquisite strucutre.
