An anaerobic Wush Wush from Jhonatan Gasca’s ‘Finca Zarza’ in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Experimental from the start, Finca Zarza has growing rare coffee varieties with a focus on biodiversity, running beekeeping and indigenous trees to make sure the coffees are as happy as possible. This Wush Wush is an Ethiopian landrace that has long ebbed and flowed in popularity, but we’re loving the lychee, pineapple, blackberry expression with a mineral, mangosteen lean!
