A natural Gesha from Fredy Orantes' 'Finca Buena Vista' in Fraijanes, Cassilas, Guatemala. We're not regular indulgers of Guatemala but when it captures the imagination it really captures the imagination. Orantes has done a fantastic job with this natural processed Gesha, leading to a ripe, fruity and complex expression, leading whilst hot with raspberry and golden raisin, cooling down toward distinct purple fruits, luscious florals, and green apple.
