A washed selection of the usual Kenyan varieties collected and processed at the Gachika Coffee Factory in Kiambu, Kenya. We’ve got all the classics here: fresh mountain water from the Theta River washes this large n in charge AA cherries and the coffee is depulped and fermented a couple times before being dried on raised beds. This coffee simply felt alive on the palate, bursting with blood orange, pink lemonade and lavender whilst hot, and on the cool pass we got that classic-yet-ultra-transparent blackcurrant, orange and rhubarb on the back. One of the most stellar Kenyans of recent memory.

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
