A natural Typica lot from Hacienda Pillcocaja in Azuay, Ecuador. A personal favourite coffee farm of ours here at BEDST, we’re always big fans of what the team at Pillcocaja are producing. This lot is sweet without being simple, complex without being over-the-top and balanced as you would expect from such talented producers. We found a silky and complex cup that reminded us of berries, caramel and a silky body!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 2.4.2024.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
