
Our first time featuring the Hachi range from Diego Bermudez in Huila, Colombia. The Hachi project is a collaboration of fermentation and drying with Bermudez and Allan Hartmann, two of the most well respected names in coffee cultivation. This innovative washed Gesh reminded us of rose, perfumey and winey, choc mousse whilst hot, and raspberry and tropical fruits, juicy and dried mango aftertaste whilst cool.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 2.5.2025.
This coffee is 60g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
