A natural lot from the Daye Bensa company based out of Bensa Sidama, Ethiopia. Responsible for many of our favourite Ethiopian lots and founded by Mulugeta and Asefa Dukamo, this coffee from Daye Bensa is essentially the Ethiopian equivalent of a regional lot - but thanks to the rigorous standards of Daye Bensa we get to just have a beautifully layered and textural, sweet coffee that reminds us of apricot, peach cordial, sherbet tropical chiller.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 27.7.2026.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
