Easily some of the most complex Colombian coffee I've ever had returns to our e-shelves with this Pink Bourbon straight from the Copa de Oro, where it placed in the top 15. For the unititated: this washed Pink B from Colombia from 'Finca El Porvenir' in Palestina, Huila underwent a whole cherry fermentation for two days before fermenting in whole cherry for two days and then being dried slowly and it gave us a Major Fruit Alert hitting the table with strawberry gummies and cooling in the direction of raspberry, grape and bubblegum in a sweet and vibrant expression.
