We're pleased to welcome back Honeymoon, after somewhat of a hiatus. This washed Chiroso is a field blend from the Las Perlitas cooperative based around Huila, Antioquia and Nariño. Just an easygoing and juicy cup here, we have always found a spritzy and fresh expression and whilst I didn't get a chance to cup this one, Daks notes were: blood orange, rhubarb and honey!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 20.6.2026.
This coffee is 125g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
