A washed ‘Red Gesha’ from Linarco Rodriguez’ ‘Finca Betania’ in Huila, Colombia. Linarco Rodriguez is a Cup of Excellence winner - no small feat - and 5ha of Finca Betania are actually conserved as native forest. So let’s just say we’re happy this coffee was conserved (and re-released as a freezer special for u!)… we taste a vibrant and ripe profile that presents violet and tropical fruits, orange and raspberry whilst hot, and cools toward mandarin and a fruity sweetness of gummy bears in a candy-like, floral complexity.
