
Honey processed Pacamara from Los Pirineos on the BEDST website? How cliche. Ok sure, but this farm is just so legendary!! I loved this roast, winey forest berries and cacao dominated our first pass, followed by some ripe grape and yellow fruits. Second pass this coffee opened up to a tropical acidity, dessert fruit platter kinda thing. This coffee rules and is worth your time.
