We luv Los Pirineos - a farm run by Diego Baraona in Tecapa-Chinameca, Usulutan, El Salvador. This is a honey processed Pacamara that excites me in all the ways I love to see from the Pacamara variety - one that is so soft, winey and complex at its best. We found a cordial sweetness whilst hot, with an elderflower complexity, red berries and coating milk chocolate mouthfeel. Whilst cool, the coffee took on a kiwi jasmine character, with yellow and green fruits, mandarin and nectarine to boot.
Tim Wendelboe was founded by - you guessed it - Tim Wendelboe, and they roast in Oslo, Norway. This coffee was roasted on 25.6.2026.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
