
A washed Pink Bourbon (ye boi!!) from Luis Aguirre in Villahermosa, Tolima, Colombia. Aguirre exports his coffee through LaREB - a Colombian initiative that funds and exports small microlots, to help keep money in Colombian producers hands (instead of going through importers and exporters). Aguirre is relatively new to coffee production, but this washed lot was super unique and textural: reminding us of mandarin, chardonnay, melon and lemon-thyme!
Swerl was founded by Beatriz Ferreira & Daniel and they roast in Faulkenberg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 12.5.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
