A natural processed lot from the Danche Washing Station in Chelbesa, Gedeo, Gedeb, Ethiopia. Danche consistently release our favourite coffees year after year after year, thanks to their access to the highest coffee cherries growing in Ethiopia. We also learned that the washing station is organic certified! Whilst hot we tasted purple fruits, florals and wine gums in a juicy and sweet profile, cooling toward apricot and dried blueberries!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 15.9.2026.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
