A natural processed selection from the Nensebo Washing Station in West Arsi, Sidamo, Ethiopia. This ripe and fruity lot has been traced back to the Riripa village, to a single farmer (who apparently remains nameless - transparency is a marathon, not a sprint!). In this classically fermented natty lot we found a transparent, juicy and clean profile that sang with blueberries whilst hot, shifting toward strawberry, cacao and nectarine. One of the best Eths this year, hands down.

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
