
A superstar regular has hit the e-shelves once again: welcome back Esayas Beriso! This is his natural lot from Guji, Ethiopia, a coffee that tends to leave as soon as it arrives. This was our highest scoring iteration of this coffee yet, dare I say our favourite coffee of this entire release?? We tasted lemon, mango smoothie with a stellar aftertaste, moving to pronounced cherry blossom sweetness, raspberry and hibiscus tea on the second pass. Outstanding!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 26.8.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
