A washed Chiroso from the Santa Helena farm in Huila, Colombia. Unfortunately we didn’t have any producer info here, but the coffee underwent a 48 hour pre-fermentation before being shade dried for 20-25 days, and was express shipped to Colorado so all those freshness and aromatics could be preserved! We found a delightfully ripe and complex cup starting off with cranberry, orange sorbet, juicy and florals whilst hot, shifting toward marmalade, red fruits and honey as it cooled!

This coffee is 150g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
