We're pleased to bring back one of the most exclusive coffees in the world. It's easy to get lost in a sea of funk and vegetables and fancy espresso recipes, but at the end of the day you get an excellent cultivar, processed consistently and with care, shipped to intentional roasters who can do the best with it, roasted without the flavours of roast, you have yourself a truly exceptional coffee. This one hails from the Iturralde Family's 'Finca Takesi' in Yanacachi, Bolivia, and they grow this Gesha often considered to be unequivocally one of the best in the world. Lively and floral as ever, we taste perfumed blackberry, red grape and honeyed sweetness whilst hot, cooling toward honeycomb, pineapple and blackberry in a moreish and dramatic profile.
Coffee Collective was founded by 2006 World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen as well as Peter Dupont and Casper Engel Rasmussen and they roast in Copenhagen, Denmark. This coffee was roasted on 27.7.26.
This coffee is 120g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
