A washed selection of Ethiopian coffee varieties from the Gomoro Washing Station in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia. Gomoro collect cherries from farmers in Uraga at some extremely high altitudes, between 1950 and 2300masl. Thanks to those numbers, we get to taste a unique and complex expression, this week reminding us of oolong, pineapple, mango and orange blossom! Last roast so don't miss it!!
Changer was founded by James Perry and they roast in Canberra, Australia. We don't recommend this coffee to be brewed until two weeks post roast.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
