For ardent followers of BEDST you’ll know my fascination with finding the most vibrant and unique Brazilian coffees around, and we’re pleased to showcase this lot from Sitio Tomazini. We’re presenting a washed Catucai - one of our favourite and most consistently performing varieties in Brazil - from a farm that’s been running water to ferment their coffees since 2001. We found a perfumed and aromatic, velvety and clean coffee here, presenting with forest fruits, dark cherry, lil bit of lychee with a cordial and winey quality. Love!
