A natural anaerobic Gesha from Jose Luttrell’s ‘Hacienda Cañas Verdes’ in Bouquete, Panama. Abu Coffee is the name of Luttrell’s company, and despite only having been around for 6 years, they have competed in the Best of Panama competition for the past 5 years. This particular lot is simply a masterpiece: cherries are picked and sun-dried for 48 hours, before being sealed in grainpro bags and submerged in spring water for 20 hours. The coffee is then left to dry on raised beds for 26 days. We tasted blueberry, jasmine, green tea, apricot with a silky body and a soft malic acidity in there somewhere too!
Sweven was founded by Jimmy & Aga Dimitrov, and they roast in Bristol, United Kingdom. This coffee was roasted on 31.3.25.
This coffee is 100g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
