A washed Gesha from Jose Luttrell's "Abu Coffee" in Boquete, Panama. Abu is regularly some of the finest Gesh we see around. What I love about Luttrell's coffees is their complexity in shifting from hot to cool. Structure remains but the entire flavour profile jumps in a new direction. Whilst hot the funkiness of this coffee stands tall with blue sno-cone vibes along with cola and berries, shifting to a clean and balanced direction with plum, florals and hazelnut.
