A natural processed selection from the Buku Abel Washing Station in Guji, Ethiopia. For those who may be unaware, this coffee was dried traditionally - coffee seeds stay inside the fruit and dry whilst being rotated on raised beds (for maximum airflow), leading to a vibrant berry complexity that we know and love from this region of Ethiopia. We found a very classic Guji expression here - black-purple berries present extremely juicy and remind us of jelly, passionfruit, plum and cointreau!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
