A natural processed selection of Ethiopian varieties from Ture Waji’s ‘Weessi’ Washing Station in the Bookkisa region of Guji, Ethiopia. Sookoo Coffee is the flag that flies for the Weessi Station, and we have had some of the cleanest, most sweet Ethiopian coffees ever from Waji’s crews over the years. This lot reminded us of cordial, lemon and black tea up front, shifting to a very textural, floral and sweet profile akin to peach and lemon crisp whilst cool!
Friedhats was founded by four-time Dutch Barista Champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick, and they roast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 8.1.26.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
