A washed Pink Bourbon from Willar Joven’s ‘Primavera’ in El Pital, Huila, Colombia. Joven has operated Primavera for 34 years, and has seen successful crop after successful crop thanks to the nutrient rich volcanic soils of the Nevado del Huila volcano. This is a classically washed lot, yielding a vibrant and juicy expression reminding us of lemonade, pineapple, white currants and tropical fruits!
