A washed Gesha from Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera’s ‘Finca El Puente’ in Chinacla, La Paz, Honduras. This is a sure contender for GOTY (Gesh of the Year) as it was when we had it a couple months back. Expect a layered and complex expression of floral notes, alongside a juicy mandarin profile with plenty of sweet complexity around it. This coffee succeeds in showcasing a bright and well structured flavour, we are big fans! We tasted a crisp and floral expression of apricot, lemon meringue, a rainbow of vivid flavours, mango and raspberry!
