A washed Caturron variety from Elias Roa’s ‘Finca Tamana’ in Huila, Colombia. Supposedly, this variety is the result of natural selection and community propagation, after seeds were left untended following the closure of an experimental coffee farm. Fancy or otherwise, we can also pass on that this variety is likely a hybrid of Timor and Caturra. But for us, this is just an excellent, unique and floral expression of flavours that reminded us of honey, dried mango, red grape and raspberry. Clean and dense!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
