
A double anaerobic thermal shock Castillo from Alex Bermudez at Finca El Paraiso in Huila, Colombia. A very pretty expression here, very sweet with some crisp acidities, sticky coating body and a juicy aftertaste. We tasted pineapple, pink fruits, white flowers, strawerry cheesecake!
