A natural processed Castillo from Diego Bermudez’ ‘El Peñón Estate’ in Guayabillas, Bolívar, Colombia. Really nice to have some solid coffee from the Hachi project back in our hands, this time a very ‘tame {in comparison…[iykyk]} expression of a natty Castillo. We found a super clean profile here, golden and shimmering with an excellent caramel sweetness to encapsulate this vivid and complex expression: we tasted a vibrant tropical acidity atop a sweet and rich dulce de leche vibe, with a clear pineapple acidity and mango sweetness coming in to round out the whole package!

Native is Luke Jackson and Colombian producer Diego Bermudez, ambitiously roasting at origin in Huila, Colombia. This coffee was roasted on 15.10.2025.

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it with a minimum resting time of 4-6 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
