A washed Chiroso from Jhon Didier Trujillo’s ‘Finca Villa Flor’ in Urrao, Antioquia, Colombia. This is our first time featuring this producer, and we found found here an extremely dynamic and vibrant profile - certainly our highest scoring of Prestin’s coffees this time around! First pass we found a sweet cherry brightness in a super sweet profile, giving us tinges of blue / purple fruits, a mild tropical acidity and a sparkly acidity. Cool, we found a vibrant profile of melon, sherbet, lemon meringue and white grape! One heck of a Chiroso!
Flower Child was founded by Prestin Yoder and they roast in Oakland, California. This coffee was roasted on 29.9.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 4 to 13 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container, and aiming for higher extractions while brewing. (See our Brew Guides for more info!)
